Raising Funds and Studying Hard

I haven't posted in a week; but what a week it's been! Off the back of my last post, our Crave service was a fantastic evening, with the Youth really shining in their service (pun intended). The highlight of the night though, without question, was our very own "village idiot" - Jimmy Young.

Last Friday was the first part of our 2 part Youth orientated service, with the conclusion taking place at the evening service this Sunday night.

We set up the church in a classic 'chilled out' arrangement, with couches  replacing pews, and candles everywhere. The mood lighting and modern band made for quite an evening.

I love my youth group. Our annual camp is coming up - this is our promo video.

Also, I'm giving my testimony this Friday. Pretty pumped for that. I haven't had a chance to share my story recently, so I've got a few things to add, ways that God has been working recently in my life.

I'm hoping to get it recorded, so I might get it up here, depending on how happy I am with it..

Come in, sit yourself down, and make yourself at home. Not in the 'walk around in your underpants' way, but in the 'put your feet on the couch, but use a coaster, cause we don't want to ruin our nice coffee table' kind of way.
